Tiziana Friedman

Moishe Pod Albuquerque Resident

Pronouns: she/her

Tiziana (she/her) recently left life in the emergency room behind to pursue her passion for Jewish community building. Outside of Moishe House, she works for Dimensions Educational Consulting under Yavilah McCoy and for the Jewish Federation of New Mexico where she does young adult outreach, PJ Library programming, and works on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As one of the founders of Albuquerque Moishe Pod, Tiziana strives to create innovative and meaningful programs centering social justice, anti-racism, and lifting up marginalized voices in the Jewish community alongside her spouse, Eli. As a proud Jew-by-Choice, Tiziana hopes to show others that passion alone can get you started in the Jewish community, and there is no minimum time as a Jew required to make a difference. In her spare time, she can be found camping off the grid, rock climbing or running with her rescue pup, Padfoot.
