Spencer Perdeck

Spencer is our Senior Community Manager. He joins Mem Global from OneTable, where he served as the Senior Manager of Shabbat Journey, helping young adults build meaningful Jewish community through Shabbat and leading partnerships and engagement initiatives across Atlanta and beyond. Prior to OneTable, Spencer was a Springboard Innovation Fellow at Queens College Hillel and founded Chollywood Challah, a challah baking business rooted in hospitality and Jewish connection.

Spencer is an alumnus of Moishe House Atlanta – Virginia Highland, where his experiences as a resident led him to fall in love with the Jewish community of Atlanta and the city as a whole. Joining Mem Global feels like a full-circle moment, allowing him to give back to the organization that played a formative role in his Jewish journey. Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Spencer holds a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and now calls Atlanta home, where he enjoys seeing live theatre or being in it, checking out the latest exhibit at the High Museum, walking the Beltline, exploring Atlanta’s restaurant scene, and hosting friends for Shabbat.
