Пиркей Авот: Что такое хорошо, а что такое плохо?”- это ретрит, посвященный еврейской этике. В эти три дня мы попробуем разобраться в том, что же формирует наши решения? Общество, традиция, личный опыт – или что-то глубже? На этом ретрите мы обратимся к «Пиркей Авот» – тексту, который веками служил еврейскому народу практическим гайдом по тому, как же стоит “правильно” поступать. Будем творить, узнавать, спорить и примерять древнюю мудрость к современной реальности. Где проходит граница между правильным и удобным? Как выстраивать лидерство, основанное на ценностях? И что значит быть хорошим человеком – не в теории, а в действии?
