JOY Campus

Pronouns: He/Him

Helsinki, Finland

Describe Your Initiative JOY Campus is a communal Jewish space where young adults can connect and host meaningful events to live judaism in modern and vibrant way. A space where young community leaders can create programs and initiatives that will make the community thrive empowering them to take the lead in the broader jewish community in Finland. It is a proud and safe space to have egalitarian, pluralist and LGBTQI+ positive experiences for our young jewish community. What Are You Hoping to Learn from the Initiative? I’m excited to empower young adults to become the leaders of the community and see new initiatives and ideas come to live. After covid we desperately needed a space to be together and just be able to enjoy communal life once again, be it a shabbat dinner or a hangout these are all important formative experiences that will bring our community together.
