Rabbi Arielle Krule

Rabbi Arielle Krule is the founding director of Selah, a Jewish community for people in recovery and their loved ones. She serves as Director of Jewish Life and Learning at Luria Academy of Brooklyn and received rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Maharat. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Arielle holds a BSW and MSW from New York University, along with SIFI certification, a Certificate in Spirituality and Social Work, and a Certificate in Experiential Education from M²: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education.

A Wexner Graduate Fellow and UJA-Federation of New York Fellow, Arielle was named one of The Jewish Week’s “36 to Watch” in 2024. She has held leadership and teaching roles as Rabbinical Fellow at Prospect Heights Shul, Scholar-in-Residence at At The Well, Fellowship Manager at Atra: The Center for Rabbinic Innovation, and Director of the Jewish Learning Fellowship at Hillel International. She was also the founding director of the NYC CUNY Hillel Social Work Fellowship.

Arielle lives in Prospect Heights with her husband, Jackson.
