Rabbi Dan Kaiman

Rabbi Daniel Kaiman is the Principal Rabbi of Congregation B’nai Emunah in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is known for thoughtful teaching, steady pastoral presence, and a deep commitment to building Jewish life that is both rooted in tradition and responsive to the world we live in.

Rabbi Kaiman believes Judaism flourishes when it engages the whole person. His rabbinate weaves together meaningful ritual, serious learning, spiritual reflection, and action in the world. He is especially committed to helping individuals and families find Jewish practice that feels authentic, purposeful, and sustaining across the seasons of life.

Originally from Pensacola, Florida, and shaped by small-community Jewish life, Rabbi Kaiman earned his rabbinic ordination from the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at the American Jewish University and studied political science at Rutgers University. His approach to leadership reflects both a love of Jewish texts and a belief that communities grow strongest when learning, service, and relationships reinforce one another.

Rabbi Kaiman lives in Tulsa with his wife, Rachel, and their children. He values presence, curiosity, and conversation and welcomes connection with members, seekers, and visitors alike.
