Israel: Connection, Conversation, and Community
At Mem Global, we create spaces where Jewish young adults can explore their identity and connect with a global Jewish community. Engaging with Israel – its land, its people, and its rich history and culture – is a vital part of this journey. We are dedicated to helping young adults build meaningful, positive relationships with Israel as they deepen their connection to Jewish life in general.
Stronger Together
After October 7, our global community came together to grieve, process, and respond to the escalating events. Community builders stepped up in incredible ways, creating the spaces their peers needed most – whether that meant hosting art nights, leading conversations about coping with grief, or organizing fundraisers. This collective effort resulted in a 233% increase over the previous year, in Israel-related programming in October and November 2023.
Mem Global continues to create meaningful opportunities for Jewish young adults to engage with Israel through cultural programming, immersive experiences, and vibrant local communities.

Our NAIM Israel Culture Houses bring Israel to local communities, offering young adults the chance to connect with Israelis and explore Israeli culture right in their backyard.

4HQ: A Framework for Meaningful Dialogue
The 4HQ framework invites young adults to explore Israel through four guiding questions inspired by the words of Hatikvah L’hiot am chofshi b’artzenu – “To be a free people in our land”:
At its core, 4HQ is anchored in the belief that community building can – and should – happen through even the most challenging conversations. It equips leaders with tools to foster thoughtful, inclusive dialogue by encouraging exploration and mutual understanding, even across differences.
In 2023, we hosted 2 4HQ Israel-focused retreats and follow-up programs that reached X participants across X countries.
