Embark is all about exploring Jewish life in interfaith relationships – without the pressure to convert. Connect with other couples in their 20s and 30s and an Embark rabbi as you learn, share, and grow together in a supportive space. Whether you’re curious about tradition or building your own, discover a Jewish life that’s uniquely yours. Embark cohorts consist of 6-10 couples that meet weekly for 6 cohort sessions, a retreat, and a Shabbat dinner.

Rabbi Jessica K. Marshall
Rabbi Jessica K. Marshall cultivates spiritual growth within communities, guiding folks along many spiritual paths to reconnect with joy, meaning, and a lived sense of the sacred. Grounded in Judaism and enriched by nature-based ritual, reflective practice, and communal belonging, her work invites personal and collective transformation rooted in soulful connection.
Rabbi Marshall’s leadership includes Sacred Journey, a virtual spiritual community, as well as retreats, individual spiritual coaching, and guiding couples through meaningful and joyous wedding ceremonies. She is especially known for creating spaces that are spiritually nourishing, emotionally attuned, and welcoming to those seeking depth without dogma.
She previously served Judaism Your Way in Denver (2017–2019) and Temple Beth Or, a Reform congregation in Washington State (2009–2017). Earlier in her career, she served as a campus rabbi at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as in congregations in Ohio and New York.Rabbi Marshall delights in partnering with communities for retreats, residencies, and immersive programs.
