Working on the individual, team, and organizational levels, I integrate system design with personal transformation. As a coach, I help individuals shift back into clarity and connection so they can act the way they choose to, not just the way they’re used to. This “choicefulness” helps folks experience an immense sense of freedom and energy and align their lives with their values.
