Participants gathered at Saba’s kosher restaurant and reflected on the ongoing war in Israel as well as the difficult global social media response. Members shared their thoughts and feelings on how the war has impacted some of their relationships. After enjoying delicious pizza, everyone wrote letters to IDF soldiers which will be hand-delivered next week in Israel. Donations were made to Feed Our Soldiers, an Israel-based entity that is treating soldiers to dinners and other pleasurable opportunities. This mitzvah was a small token of the Jewish world’s gratitude for IDF soldiers’ service and sacrifices in these difficult times. Read the full article here.
