- Project Zug: One host has been learning through Project Zug, which offers a number of havruta (pair-learning) courses. Consider a variety of classes like A Food Tour of the Talmud, Bob Dylan, or Building Jewish Pluralism.
- Watercolor in the Woods: Use your scholarship funds to learn or improve upon a skill like drawing or painting, then find a way to incorporate some Jewish content and lead a program for your community to share what you’ve learned. Journaling for Self Care sounds like a pretty interesting course too!
- Interested in social justice? Several hosts have found workshops and courses like Penny Rosenwasser’s When I Dare to Be Powerful and Don’t Kvetch, Organize with JOIN for Justice. Use your experience to organize a related service learning project and engage your community in social justice work.
