Rachel E. Delancey

Rachel E. Delancey is our Camps and Retreats Senior Program Specialist. In this role, Rachel brings strategic insight and hands-on program experience to Mem Global’s expanding portfolio of youth initiatives. Previously, she spent nearly ten years at the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, directing grants and allocations across 39 agencies, stewarding investment in Jewish camps and preschools, and supporting educators through shared-learning communities and professional networks. Rachel also led an antisemitism-education fellowship for teens, blending program design, facilitation, and community impact.

She holds an MPA from Rutgers University’s School of Public Affairs & Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Rachel lives in New Milford with her husband, son, and two cats, and is dedicated to shaping powerful Jewish retreat and camp experiences that inspire resilience, leadership, and lifelong engagement.
