Who We Are:

Founded in 2006, Moishe House funds, trains, and educates young adults to create pluralistic, inclusive, and welcoming Jewish communities as House ResidentsMHWOW HostsPeer-Led-Retreat Facilitators, and in our Bases. To date, there are more than 140 Moishe House communities in over 30 countries, and we’re still growing!

We believe that Jewish learning can enhance every part of our lives, from how we make decisions at work, how we do business, how we maintain friendships, how we create meaningful moments at home and more. The Jewish Learning Collaborative (JLC) enables and inspires professionals and lay leaders at Jewish organizations to access Jewish text, thought, and wisdom through 1:1 learning sessions with one of our diverse Jewish educators. The JLC is growing quickly, and we are building a team to meet and expand the demand for individualized Jewish learning. The JLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of the JLC’s 1:1 Jewish learning program to support partner organizations in bringing the JLC to their teams while supporting educators and learners as they learn together.  The Program Manager will be a critical thought partner in shaping and executing our vision and will report to the Director, Jewish Learning Collaborative.

The Jewish Learning Collaborative is a start-up currently incubated at Moishe House. This setup enables you to take advantage of Moishe House’s stability, structure, and benefits while working in a start-up environment. This position reports to the Director, Jewish Learning Collaborative, and is based in one of our U.S. Hub Offices. Beginning in early 2022, we’re excited to be returning to a hybrid work schedule at our Hub Offices, where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week (Wednesday will be a day we are all in the office together!). As a Hub Office employee, you’ll receive prior notice in advance of starting this new schedule.
