🏠 3-5 Moishe House and Pod Residents
Who will create:
➡️ 2 reels + 1 takeover per month showcasing their community and/or home
And gain:
⬅️ content creation skills, global network connections, professional feedback from our marketing team, a chance to showcase your creativity on our growing platforms
💸 and $150 per month added to your rent stipend for your time
Our goal is to share this platform and showcase as many communities as we can✨, so going forward, each cohort of creators will be featured for 6 months.
To apply:

🤳 include 2 unique sample reels about life as a Resident (ex: recap of an event, and day in the life)
💕 Please create your videos in whatever language is used regularly in your home and include English subtitles.

Pre-Retreat: Looking to get a head start on all the retreat fun? Join us for our Pre-Retreat: Tikkun Olam Edition! At this Pre-Retreat experience, you will have the chance to connect with your retreat group, get a taste of movement and mindfulness with meaningful service projects, and explore San Diego through a Tikkun Olam lens. We will start on Thursday at 4:00pm, and end when the full retreat begins at 2pm on Friday. Lodging, meals, and transportation for the pre-retreat are included with your retreat registration. This opportunity is optional and is available at no additional cost!
Breathe in…breathe out. Been needing that moment to slow down and reset? Then don’t miss this retreat experience all about mindfulness, movement, and keeping it calm. Together, we’ll enjoy relaxing meditation, quiet meals, and scenic strolls, all while getting rooted in earth-based Judaism. Plus, learn how Jewish tradition can support self-care and pick up practical tools to keep the peaceful vibes going wherever you are. Whether this is all new to you or you’re excited to deepen your practice, this is the perfect moment unplug from daily life and cultivate connection—with others, with nature, and with yourself.
Note: This will be a phone-free & alcohol/substance free experience. Participants will turn off (or hand in for safekeeping) their devices (phones, apple watches, cameras, tablets, laptops) from arrival on Friday until the program ends on Sunday. If someone outside the retreat needs to reach you, they will have access to a staff member’s phone number for emergencies.
The food served at the venue will be kosher style, but kosher certified food can be ordered in advance if requested. In addition, the activities taking place throughout this retreat will be Shabbat friendly. However, there will be no eruv on site.
