Moishe House in the UK
Since 2007, Moishe House’s presence in the UK has enabled emerging Jewish leaders to create meaningful welcoming communities for themselves and their peers hosting ongoing events at least once per week, through 3 Houses, 1 Pod and 11 MHWOW hosts. The three Moishe Houses, one Moishe Pod, and eleven hosts across London – Camden, Hackney, Kilburn, and London RSJ Pod have engaged 47,708 participants at 2,800 programs since opening.
Below, you can see all of the Moishe Houses around the UK. For more information about each community, click on the names below:

So many Jews are living and working in London, but barely partaking in any community led activities. Speaking to people, it’s clear their Jewish culture and identity is important to them…they just don’t know how and where to lean into it.
Sam Leader
Moishe House Camden

A lot of the people who come to our events haven’t been in a Jewish space for a while, so our activities are as much about connecting with other Jews as they are about anything religious.
Yoni Ehrlich
Moishe House Hackney

Having a Moishe House is really important as it provides really open and welcoming ways for all sorts of people to connect the community, as well as being able to offer alternative Jewish spaces and events to the mainstream. I am particularly hoping to create a space that links people to nature more, in a meaningfully Jewish way.
Rosie Mercer
Moishe House Kilburn

We both love bringing people together. We don’t just create events, but also build a space where residents can come on any other day if they need/want to, make it a family home that supports their growth in both everyday and jewish life.
