Nikki is in her fourth year of rabbinical school at Hebrew College. She has previous experience working as a hospital chaplain intern, as the Jewish Education Specialist at UC San Diego Hillel, and as an artist. She received her BA in International Relations at the University of Delaware. Nikki recently returned from studying for the year at Pardes in Jerusalem, and is excited to bring her learning from Israel back to the States.
Nikki is passionate about making Jewish education accessible to everyone, particularly those who historically have not had access. She loves engaging in Jewish learning through a lens of ancient context and modern values. A self-described grammar nerd, Nikki also enjoys diving deep into the words, syntax, and structure of Jewish texts.
When not engaged in Jewish learning, you can find Nikki doing embroidery, painting, or exploring local coffee shops. She would love to talk to you about the best gluten-free challah recipes, Jewish art, and the most recent season of Doctor Who.
