Dvir Cahana is the Rabbi of Base Miami, where he is the chief rabbi of fun in Miami. He builds Jewish life for young adults through Torah, community, music, and meaningful shared experiences. A graduate of Yeshivat Chovevei Torah, Dvir is known for blending tradition, often with a beat drop, using rap and hip-hop as tools for storytelling, and tradition. He is the founder of the Amen Institute, a cultural platform that invites diverse voices to explore Jewish texts through art-making and creativity. A performing artist with Rappers & Rabbis and as a solo musician, Dvir has released over fifteen studio albums and has performed across North America, reimagining what Jewish expression can sound and feel like. His work has been recognized with a Jewish 36 Under 36 honor, as he continues to lead at the forefront of innovation in the Jewish world.
