  • Zoom Pro monthly subscription up to $15 per month until further notice
  • Professional Jewish educators, facilitators, and teachers up to $150 per program

**In-person program policies are as follows
  • Programs must follow all local regulations and guidelines (mask requirements, social distancing, room capacity, etc.)
  • Budget will be $15 per person, up to $150, with the regular MHWOW guidelines
  • Hosts may use up to their full eligible budget to purchase sanitary supplies or COVID-19 rapid tests in amounts only needed for your program
  • Best practices:
    • Thoroughly disinfect and clean your house before and after every program.
    • Encourage participants to bring their own mask.
    • If serving food outdoors, have hand sanitizer and a washroom available. Consider having disposable gloves available.
    • If serving food indoors, ask every participant to wash their hands before grabbing a plate.
    • Consider having a dedicated person (we recommend you) serve your participants their meal while wearing gloves.
    • If having snacks, have them individually packaged or accessible by using utensils. Participants should either wash their hands before using the serving utensil or wear gloves.
    • As you welcome your participants, let them know what sanitary measures are available to them, and encourage them to wash their hands after coughing or sneezing.
    • After the program, clean surfaces where food was served, where individuals gathered, and high touch points such as doorknobs.
    • Restock bathroom and kitchen sink with soap and paper towels.
    • Wash your hands for 20 seconds.
