New Resident Onboarding Tasks

Welcome to Moishe House! This webpage provides instructions and action items that will set you up to live in a Moishe House including policies and reimbursement information.

Please complete the six onboarding tasks listed below before having your orientation call with your Community Manager. These steps should take you about 30 – 45 minutes to complete. Contact your Community Manager if you have any questions.

Let’s Get Started

1.Review the Moishe House Resident Handbook

In the interview process, you read through the Moishe House Resident Handbook and signed the Resident Agreement. The handbook is here as a reference for you if you have any questions about Moishe House policies. You should always start by looking in the Handbook and then asking your Community Manager if you need clarification.”

The Moishe House Resident Handbook is available in English, Spanish, and Russian.

2. Complete the New Resident Onboarding Quiz

3. Set Up Your Reimbursements

In order to reimburse you for your Moishe House expenses, we need a few important pieces of banking information. To set this up, please complete the following:

  • For US residents: Mem Global initiates payments via Bill.com. A personalized invitation from Bill.com will be sent to you, allowing you to set up your preferred payment method. Please keep a close eye on your inbox and check your spam if you do not see this invitation. Once you receive the invitation, you need to complete the registration within 14 days to receive your payments! To view directions step-by-step with screenshots, please refer to our Getting Set Up on Bill.com tutorial here
  • For Moishe Houses located in Canada: please complete this Wire Transfer Form.
  • For Moishe Houses located outside of the United States and Canada: please complete this Wire Transfer Form if you are the designated resident to receive reimbursements for your Moishe House. If you are unsure, please connect with your Community Manager.

Please email the completed form to finance@memglobal.org and cc your Community Manager on the email by your move-in date.

4. Complete Your Marketing Intake Form

  • Please complete this form so that our Marketing team can be in touch as needed about storytelling opportunities. Note: if you aren’t interested in being featured for any reason, this form is how you indicate your preference!

5. Connect with Mem Global on Social Media

  • Follow Mem Global on Facebook and Instagram for the latest at Mem Global.
  • You will also have the opportunity to join the Moishe House resident Facebook group. This is a closed group that serves as a messaging board and networking place for all current MH residents around the world. You’ll be able to use this space to ask questions, get new ideas, and stay in touch with fellow residents.
  • Join the Moishe House Networking Forum on LinkedIn.
  • Remember that important updates will always be communicated via email!

6. Download the Mintranet App

On your move-in date, you will receive an email to activate your account on the Mintranet, Mem Global’s exclusive online platform for Community Builders. You can access it via desktop at moishehouse.my.site.com/mintranet or download the mobile app by searching for “Moishe House Mintranet” in the App Store or Google Play. The Mintranet is the central hub for submitting reimbursements and program information, including program pictures, attendance numbers, and receipts.

PLEASE NOTE: You only have 72 hours to activate your account after receiving the email. Please contact your Community Manager if you miss this window so a new link can be sent. Once you’re logged in, click “Profile” to confirm that your information is filled out, and watch the Mintranet video tutorials here.

7. Get to Know the Moishe House Resource Hub

As you settle into your role, take some time to explore our external SharePoint—a go-to space for essential documents like blank receipt templates, Brit Kehilahs (house contracts), and other key resources to support your experience. This hub is designed to keep everything organized and easily accessible, so you have what you need at your fingertips. Check it out here and bookmark it for future use!
