2-3 eggplants,
2 onions,
1 large bell pepper,
1 jalapeño
2-3 cloves of garlic
3-4 tomatoes
Strained tomatoes
Chili sauce (Tabasco)
Herbs (i.e. Parsley, Cilantro)
1 tablespoon salt,
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sugar
Vegetable oil
